When travelling to Tenerife and staying in Malva Rent managed properties you don’t need to worry about the car rental anymore. Only for our guests we provide a special package of a high class, fully insured comfortable car rented together with the property. The car will be parked for you just outside of the rented accommodation. The car rental prices vary depending on the type of the car, number of days, and rental season. However the prices for the cars that we offer are generally 30% cheaper then in other car rental as a part of a packages that we offer.
All the cars that we provide are fully insured, have the automatic transmission and rented with full fuel tank ready to go just straight away as you check in to the property.

Depending on the pet size, number of days in the property and type of the property you are renting the Pet charge might vary. In average the Pet charge costs to our guests just 50 € per the whole stay.

While we enjoy having our guests staying longer, our staff keep precise time schedule for cleaning and maintaining the properties for every guest arrival.
The Check-In time is guaranteed in Malva Rent properties from 15:00 and Check-Out time by11:00. If you wish to store you luggage in case of early arrival or late departure then you can do it free of charge in all our accommodations.
Early Check In and Late Check-Out are possible depending on the availability with an additional charge. Depending on the property type this large varies from 30 € to 50 €.
The Late check out fee is valid until 19:00 – 20:00, standard night fee is applicable after that time.

In Malva Rent we care about comfortable stay of our guests. In order to make your stay more pleasant we provide all our guests with free of charge welcome package that includes: fresh fruits, water, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, olive oil, soap, shampoo, washing powder and even bottle of wine for guests with5 days or longer rentals.
Additionally our dedicated manager is always happy to meet all our guests in person during the check-in. During meeting the guests our manager will be happy to answer all possible questions about the property, local amenities or the Tenerife Island.
In case of guests’ late arrival we offer free of charge self-check-in option.

All Malva Rent properties are rented clean and inspected before the guests arrival.
For the guests who wish to get an additional cleaning during their stay we provide the additional cleaning service. The cleaning might include the laundry, ironing etc. The cleaning charge is 15 € per hour.
